  • After moving back downtown from Leslieville, I desperately needed to get my brows fixed but I've had awful experiences. I heard about Wax & Lash from friends who go there and was told I should book an appointment with JJ. The location was super cute and conveniently located; a bustling salon with a cool vibe and great energy, putting me at ease - have you ever had your brows done poorly? I have and it's the worst, so yeah, I was a touch nervous to let someone new fix them. I met JJ when I arrived, and it seemed as though we'd known each other forever. She is super chill and easy to chat with! The immediate comfort allowed me to explain in detail my past brow shaping disasters. The consultation took about 5 minutes and she explained that we would have my brows back to normal in no time but it would take a few sessions. She took her time shaping my brows and when I got up I was amazed at how much better they looked. She totally fixed my previous disastrous brows and shaped them how I really like them! She also mentioned EyEnvy, a product she carries to assist growth in lashes and brows, and I will say, wow! Totally worth it! JJ knows brows! I would, and will recommend her to my friends and anyone else who needs some help!
