  • You know, I wasn't going to write a review. I am not one to immediately complain, send food back, or write a negative post. BUT after yelp sending me multiple emails encouraging me to review, I figure hell why not. I ordered delivery from this restaurant and fought with myself if $50 was worth the price of instant satisfaction and laziness. $6 for delivery charge PLUS extra for taxes made two dishes and a small side salad the price of what two people could pay for a substantial dinner out together. I ordered the cucumber salad--- that listed every ingredient. Or so I thought. So to my disappointment when the salad arrived and was covered in cilantro I was pretty pissed. I am in the group of ultimate cilantro haters , and as I have started accepting it in sauces such as curries usually in Indian and Thai foods, I CAN NOT eat it raw. It makes me want to puke. So the $5 salad was inedible for me. Pissed no1. I ordered online - next the buckwheat bread. Knowing it may be weird and definitely unconventional I still went for it and asked if they could add garlic and butter to it - as a side note and request in the box provided online. When I got the bread it was plain, slimey, and just gross. Pissed no2. Finally I am a HUGE Indian food eater and I usually order the same things when I eat Indian. I could call myself a chicken vindaloo expert at this point. Hands down the worst chicken vindaloo I have ever had anywhere. In many states, in many cities as I travel for work. Not only was the chicken vindaloo just not authentic or good at that, it was $15+ super overpriced as usually people order more than one dish at an Indian restaurant to get small helpings of a few different plates. $15 per dish is a bit outlandishly overpriced. I ate half of the buckwheat bread, half of the vindaloo, none of the salad and about a quarter of the gigantic rice box they gave me. I spent $50 to be severely disappointed. Now I know no matter how lazy, I need to get up and drive to a better restaurant. Sorry, I usually don't complain. But this was just a terrible experience and a complete waste of way too much money. Pissed.
