  • Love Vans. Been wearing them for over 30 years. Husband and I were in town for a weekend and I needed some tennies. Walked into this very busy establishment, and was helped IMMEDIATELY. Maybe it was because so many people were perusing the shoes and I had a mission statement. Maybe because they were WELL staffed. Nonetheless, I was happily greeted, taken care of, purchased the add ons, and out with two new pairs of cool kicks!! Our sales associate was so up and happy. Listening to my needs and helped accordingly. The sales associate that closed us out was equally friendly and courteous to our visit, purchase and how we were doing. Great Job Vans Associates!! You truly took care of your guest!! Thank You!! Post Script: I tried to fill out the feedback for Vans.com, but I was too late. I didn't need to get entered into a raffle for free shoes.
