They should change the name for one thing. I was looking forward to a relaxing wonderful time getting my nails done. I haven't had them done in years!! So this was a treat for me from my husband. Anyway when I walked in I told the young man at the register what I wanted done. I was seated rather quickly and waited for approximately 3 minutes for the lady to do my nails. I tried to start a conversation as she worked on my nails.
Well she was really rough yanking and jerking my hand. My fingers bled a bit on a few. That usually happens when you are nicked on your skin by the drill. I told her the length that I wanted and she didn't listen. The customer is not always right at "Best Nails of Mesa." If you looked under my nails you'd see uneven mounds of acrylic under each nail. I asked for gel nails. Unlike the professionals, I received 1 clear coat and she put my hand under the LED. I had to pay more than I anticipated for 1 coat of clear gel polish on top of my new acrylic nails. Get the correct price before you sit down. My experience here was horrid. I shouldn't have walked out with nails that I hated. I am never returning to this place even if I'm hard up to get my nails done and the acrylic is down to the tips, I will never step foot in this place. It may be fine for others but they had me thinking twice about their name when I left.
