rev:text	Worst Company Ever My AC went out 2 months ago and I'm still waiting to get it fixed. Every time I call to get a status update, I'm on hold for over 30 minutes. When I do finally get through, they told me they needed to order a part, but it was on back order. Then they said they ordered the wrong part, so I have to wait a couple more weeks. Again, worst company, worst customer service, NEVER buy insurance from this company.
