I expected more. Piedmont is the 'Park Avenue' of Southpark dining - and yet it was 'good.' The atmosphere is over the top - feels like more than it it. The staff is not as 'seasoned' as other servers in 'fine establishments.' The food is good, good, not great. The bar has been overwhelmed both times I've been - understaffed or just poorly designed. It's nice for a change of pace but doesn't have the feel of a 'staple' for Southpark. It's a nice break from the norm but needs to raise the bar to match the prices and expectations.
