| - I am SO FRUSTRATED!! The manager at this store, named "RAMI", pressured me to change my plan, to "save me 20 bucks a month" I repeatedly told him that I do not want to change my data use, as I never want to risk being without data! (I have 4 teenagers) He assured me that I had never gone over this amount of data, so it would not be a problem. I relented, wanting to save money. In a couple of weeks, I went on vacation, only half way through my billing cycle, and I received a notification on all of my phones that I was at my data limit!!! ON MY VACATION!! so I went back into the store today to find out WHY someone would sell me on a 12 gb plan, when I had a 20gb plan before!!! Instead of addressing the manager, he said "I don't know why he would do that" THEN! Instead of trying to make things right for me, they said "you can go on a 24gb plan for more money!!" I asked to just be put back on the plan I was on before. Of course they couldn't do that because it was an old plan. The kicker is, not only did I change my plan, I was promised a hot spot card, that has never arrived. I also had to pay a 30 dollar activation fee for this new plan. I will NEVER go into this store again!!! Luckily by calling sprint, they reversed my fees I had incurred, as well as put me on a 40gb plan for less money!!!
