  • If you have any type of insurance claim I would stay away. Be careful with this place because I think they pay very little attention to what they put in patient notes. They admitted to making an error and then refused to fix it. I think they have too many chiropractors in and out of the place that don't even know how to use their computer system. I wish I found a single chiropractor instead of a place like the Joint. Note: I thought Dr Sims and Levi were excellent. Unfortunately, it was a temporary replacement Dr that made the error on my records.
