  • In all of my 18 years of living in Chandler, I have been to many Starbucks within the vicinity. At what used to be our favorite Starbucks (located at Ray & Rural), over the past few years the manager and crew who were like family, have come and gone. All new faces are there now. One of my best friends moved into her own condo last year, and we began going to the Starbucks closer to where she lives. Please allow me to share with you HOW VERY IMPRESSED I am with the crew at this location!!! It warmed my heart immediately when we were greeted with, "Welcome to Starbucks" AND with welcoming, smiling faces!!! OMG!!! This is how we "used to be greeted," but it just doesn't happen at ANY other location than this one!!! Donna, Benito, Sam and Maddie are so attentive, friendly, and customer service oriented. They make me feel special and like they really care if my drink is made right and that I like it. After working as an admin for senior management at major corporations in IL, FL and AZ, I can tell you that this location, even though it's small, is a prime example of what customer service is all about and how every Starbucks, big or small, should be. Drive out of your way if you have to so you can see what I'm talking about! You won't be disappointed! They're on the SE corner of Alma School and Elliot. Enjoy! I know my friend (from New York City) and I do!
