The reason for the 2 stars is because they completely changed their policy and didn't send any information out to their patients to let them know! Nothing via mail or email!! I had an appointment scheduled and they called late Friday afternoon to say that they would now be collecting a higher amount due to high deductibles. I'm sure this wasn't a decision that was made over night. Why not send something out to the patients explaining why this is happening?! Instead I showed up at my appointment and she tells me it would be $100 instead of the $30 copay for the visit and that it would be that much until I meet my deductible! Had I know about the new policy I would have been able to plan accordingly, however I had to leave the office without seeing the doctor. A loss of time that clearly could have been avoided. A little communication goes a long ways.
