  • I have mixed feelings about this place. I've spent a good chunk of time working here and it's a pleasant space. It's pretty dark due to the orientation of the store. Their employees are VERY nice - that really stands out. What falls (quite) short though, is their coffee. It's really just not good. Their cold brew is flat-out bad and their espresso drinks are ok. It's quite a bummer. I've yet to be impressed with coffee anywhere in Charlotte, though. Their baked goods are solid - most are made in-house but the vegan doughnuts are from Move That Dough, which rocks. I'll be back because Plaza is my neighborhood, but if you're looking for the best coffee in Charlotte, I'd encourage you to keep looking.
