| - My husband, ten month old son and I were sitting at the breakfast bar this evening eating dinner when, out of no where, the glass fixture above the breakfast bar fell and shattered on us and our food, which was just delivered. My sons chair is covered in glass. Glass is covering the floor and breakfast bar. We have glass on our skin. I spoke to the property manager and he told me that it would have to wait until tomorrow

Yes, maintenance was very helpful the night of this incident. When I was trying to wash the glass off of my son, there was no hot water for some reason. After our cold shower, I called the emergency line and Randy came. He was very nice and cleaned up the glass for us after checking out hot water situation.
During business hours Derek called and we met with him to discuss what happened. He offered to find a light replacement (that would not be breakable for peace of mind) and gave us a pizza night which was a really nice gesture since our dinner was ruined that night.
Derek also addressed our concerns regarding the carpets and scheduled a carpet cleaning. The carpets are better but still leaving black on our feet. Tyler mentioned having another cleaning done, but we have not scheduled it yet. Hope to soon and hoping it fully resolves the problem.
I wish the original concerns were handled differently to begin with, but I do appreciate the staff turning things around with these particular issues. Thank you to Randy, Derek, and Tyler!
