  • The customer service at this store is horrible, the girl helping me and my boyfriend was completely rude and condescending. We came in to pay my bill and I had questions about my lease since it was up. She tried to sell me on adding another line on my phone so my bill would be "cheaper" and when we told her we weren't interested she rudely replied "well, I'm just TRYING to save YOU money" I don't over pay for shitty phone service to have to go in and deal with someone treating me and my boyfriend like crap because we aren't interested in her up sale.
