  • After experiencing a nightmare in a salon with what was supposed to be a hombre in an auburn tone, we were left with purple streaks placed in various spots throughout my daughter's head. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and she said she had dreamed of going into the salon and come out feeling wonderful. Instead, she was sobbing. I told her we would get it right!!! We walked into Sally's and I saw Nick and immediately asked for his help. When I told him we had just left the salon, he was in a state of shock. He told me that in most circumstances he would tell a customer to go back to where we got it done, but in this case he said not to. I had NO intentions of ever stepping foot in that salon again even before he said that. Anyhow, he said it wouldn't be easy because we had to touch up the roots first before we applied color to the rest of the hair. He showed me the product, the color he recommended, and what other supplies we would need. He told us to come back and let him know how it turned out. It was a task, but the color came out incredibly beautiful and we did go back and show him. He is a kind, well mannered and extremely helpful manager. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone that needed bobby pins or the products needed to do a color correction. Thanks Nick! You saved the day!!!
