  • Six deep waiting to talk to someone and two of the tellers are sitting at their desk doing nothing, another is giving a tour of the branch to a new customer and chit chatting about traveling. Been here 25 minutes and two people in front of me have given up. I unfortunately can't. If nobody hears from me in the next 24 hours assume I perished waiting at their Marks branch. Tried to get my wife to close our account here....it's soon going to be my mission. Update: Made it out alive. Total tally is 45 minutes for a less than 5 minute transaction. The nice lady helping me, and she was nice, asked her manager if she could go to lunch....which was approved with four poor souls still waiting. Bank here at your own peril.
