Customer Service needs improvement. I reserved a Ford Explorer when I needed to have body shop work performed in my Ford Edge. Ended up with a small car came to Warm Springs location to get an Explorer. No help!!! First, the gal at the body shop Enterprise did not offer to call the Warm Springs location to see if they had an Explorer. It's close by, no big deal I'll drive there. Now I'm here, staff here wasn't to happy because he had just tried to help a disgruntled customer...and I'm next! He showed his lack of customer service skills and offered me no assistance. He DID make it a point to tell me he has 5 customers that he does not have cars for. He did not offer to call other locations. I asked, so I guess I just have to call other locations, he said yes! No help. A sign reads, Family Owned Business, We treat you like Family!" I must be the black sheep. Well, I will call around because I want the Explorer because I am considering purchasing one for my next vehicle!!! Ford can lose out on customer purchases due to Enterprise Car Rental and their lack of customer service.
