  • This is the most amazing store ever, and I used to work in fine jewelry retail. I don't even know where to start! My fiance recently bought my ring here. He was looking for a ring within our budget, and the staff here was a huge help! Not only is my ring amazing, but he bought the care plan which allows for unlimited sizing and replacing if anything ever happens to it! They ask you to bring it in once a year to be checked and cleaned which is AMAZING!! My finger size fluctuated a bit and I had to bring it in to be re sized multiple times. Not only was it only about an hour wait but the staff was super genuine and nice every time we came in! They make you feel at home which is wonderful when you spend the money on this investment. Jenny- the manager- is a star! I have never met anyone so genuine, bubbly and caring! She even knew which ring was ours when it was being worked on. She set me up with her counterpart in TX, where we are getting married, to help us with vendors and anything else we may need. They treat you like family. Which is why we will be purchasing our bands and more here.
