  • Terrible drive thru service. Why should it take over 10 minutes for a decaf iced beverage? Their excuse was that there was a problem with decaf, then I finally was given a hot beverage. It took another 4 minutes (all this time there were cars waiting behind me) to get what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, he said they couldn't give refunds on the drive thru register. He never offered me a coupon for a free coffee or even apologized. This was not during a peak time either. It's faster for me to drive down to the Starbucks on East Wash in Madison. I won't go to the Sun Prairie location again. I'm glad Beans N Cream is opening a drive thru location on Main Street in Sun Prairie.
