| - The attending physician was superb, he handled my issues very professionally and soundly, one complaint I have is I was not advised what prescriptions I was getting or what for, he also left abruptly without saying a thing, I had more questions, the front office, no! While waiting I observed the office staff, who were mostly chatting among themselves, basically having a party, I observed several checking out patients and making comments and laughing, the most unprofessional staff I have seen, and this is Vegas remember, that is saying a lot. I was given a prescription and told to give it an hour for them to call it in, the next day still no prescription, so I called the Pecos location back, they did not have my records in the computer, I was transferred to another representative, who transferred me to another representative who never answered, still don't have my prescription.
It would seem the physicians in this group could shape up their staff, get them in line professionally to accommodate the facilities which are really nice. I was given a follow up appointment, but am considering cancelling that one, my suggestion is to seek a dermatologist that is not in a large group of doctors. I finally had to send a letter of complaint and cancel my appointment, however; the nurse and manager did call back, they were very nice and professional and apologetic, hopefully the office staff can get on board with professionalism, I see other reviews about office carrying on personal conversations, just sitting around talking and partying, while paperwork and computer records go to digital heaven, it is disheartening, the doctors was very efficient, too bad about the staff.
