  • Absolutely terrible and health concerning environment. My roommate and I moved to presidio on 2/21/15. We reported standing water in the unit with the concern of mold growing in the apartment. It has now been three months and the staff has been unresponsive and even rude about providing documentation that the apartment was tested for mold. The fact that they obviously do not care about your safety living in a potentially mold-invested apartment is insane to me! I've contacted corporate many times with no luck or escalation in the process. We've also had to contact maintenance regarding approx. 10 other issues within our unit in just three months. I highly advice you live elsewhere.
