The good: the apartments are not egregiously expensive. Service requests tended to be addressed promptly. There's a great French cafe across the street, and it is conveniently located w.r.t. a nice library.
The bad: The apartments aren't that nice. They felt older than their age. AC was very loud, as was the washer/dryer. The clubhouse wasn't particularly impressive. There were a few issues that just didn't seem to be fixable.
The very bad: When I left they charged me around $300 for cleaning. I'd had the place professionally cleaned before I left. And the place wasn't exactly clean when I began staying there--I certainly left it cleaner than it was when I moved in.
