Probably one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had from the manager Kyle and service desk employee Sudi. Our car was broken into and my wife's purse and cellphone were stolen. The person who committed the crime used our American Express gold card there for $360 and they left my wives purse there, so I went to recover it from them and they would not release the purse to me when I provided all the information identifying it was my wives purse. I had to go to the extent to call the police and waste their time to recover the stolen purse that now The Home Depot was holding hostage. The manager Kyle and front desk clerk Sudi were not compassionate to what my wife and I had experienced and only made the events worst with their bad customer services. They were so concerned about reciting policies that they could not provide to prove their actions holding the stolen purse hostage. HORRIBLE service forces customers to shop online, avoid brick and mortar stores and better yet go to their competitor Lowe's. I will never shop THD again just based on this experience.
