  • Just don't! Horizon Eye Specialists is a factory. They get you in and out. Oh, but before they get you in, you will wait and wait and wait. The last time I arrived 10 minutes in advance of my appointment, and they let me sit for an hour. Finally I just left. Surely there are better ophthalmologists in Phoenix that not only care about making money, but actually care about the patient!
