  • Been with SCE Federal for almost 3 years now and love them!! I am very happy with the service I get... I don't feel like "just another customer" like at the big banks... I feel like they actually care about me as an individual. I usually end up at the Southwest location because its by my work and they are always extremely nice and ready to help out. Everybody there is great, but most times when I go in to this location I talk to Phil Vale and he is amazing!! He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. His dedication to his customers is extraordinary. When I need something out of the day to day normal needs, I go see my consultant, Kim Richo at the Sahara location. I can't say enough about how awesome she is. She always makes sure to take care of anything I need, works with my schedule, takes the time to answer my questions, and makes sure I walk away knowledgable and confident. I'd suggest them to anybody looking to make a change from big corporate banking - They'll take great care of you!
