  • So...I've been to the one in Liberty Village, and the food was okay, not great but okay. This was so much worse. The sandwich had one piece of overripe and brown avocado, and was not toasted and severely over-sauced. The fries were slightly overdone (but that's how I like them, so it was okay). This alone, would not be enough to merit one star (I'm not insane), but what really took the cake was our waitress Devon. We came in on a deserted Saturday at lunch, and it took us FOREVER to order. Then, we constantly had to ask her for drink refills, she never came to check on how the food was, and we HAD TO ASK TWICE for most things we needed. Chains are not always known for their product, but this was just embarrassing. It's a shame, because I'd been recommending the one in Liberty Village to visitors, but this has ruined that chance for me.
