  • James came out to get a waterfall working that kept losing the prime. I had neglected the maintenance on this for several years and he had to spend a great deal of time solving all the problems including a totally clogged main filter, leaks at the pump and inoperative auto-fill. He got it working and the guests in the home were very happy to have a nice waterfall feature working again. After the repair he called me to go over in detail what he had done. I am not meeting him again a month later to arrange for complete repairs and an annual maintenance program. James is very customer service orientated and did outstanding work.
