  • The employees here take their own cool time to assist customers... always there's a wait time, even at times when there aren't any customers waiting they have u wait. Been standing at the reception waiting to be acknowledged for more than 2 mins while 2 employees were on the phones attending to calls.. they used to be very customer service focused before but sad to say their service sucks now
