  • Disclaimer: I did not book with this venue. I did, however, tour this facility. To be completely honest, this wasn't the place for me. It killed me though, and here is why. Carolyn was who took us on a tour. I work for a very large company whose main strategy is customer focus. I notice good and bad customer service every single place I go. Here's my advice to the owners: Take some responsibility for your investment and give Carolyn a raise. She's literally the only thing you have going for you. Carolyn took us through the entire facility and I could tell she was so passionate about weddings, quality, and her JOB. The person who told me they would be there for my tour was a no show, and your place is a MESS. This is in no way a reflection of your service, because we were treated very well and given thorough detail of your packages by Carolyn. She also followed up twice before we made our decision to offer help. It was nice, not pushy. There's no way I would ever pay as much as you are asking with garbage and construction materials shoved into corners and closets. Update the place. And hire more staff like Carolyn. P.S. Carolyn had nothing but praise to offer you and your facility- a sign of someone who values their employment. P.s.s I don't know Carolyn personally, have never spoken with her before or after what is detailed, and she didn't pay me to write this.
