  • Wonderful experience! On the recommendation of a co-worker (recommendation was not towards me but I took it and ran with it), I went online to inquire about a certified used Volkswagen Jetta. Within minutes, Mr. David Bonanno contacted me to discuss I time where I could come in. I came into a vibe that was very warm and friendly vibe. Everyone I encountered was so pleasant and accommodating, especially Mr. Bonanno. We talked about the car I was interested in and about how everyone in some way has known someone who has had cancer (I brought up the fact my mother died of cancer). What made the experience worthwhile was their concern that I was comfortable with the deal. The deal was way better than I expected and he showed me the proposed deal in its entirety. I didn't drive away in the car I wanted due to wanting to talk it over with my family but I did walk away with a sense of ease. No pressure whatsoever. I am definitely going to buy a car from this dealership. Thank you Mr. Bonanno and the staff at Volkswagen North Scottsdale! I highly recommend anyone who is the market for a car to stop here first. Save yourself the headache.
