I'm giving this place a star because if I don't mark at least one star I can't add a review. My mother (77 years old) took her 1992 Toyota Camry because it ran out of freon. We knew that since this is an old car it had to be changed from R12 to R134a, and in fact that's what we were told by Eduardo (Eddie). He also added many other things in order to fix it. He told my mother that he would charge her $475.00 including taxes. I also called him to make sure she understood correctly and he told me the same thing. Long story short, after keeping the car for 4 days, including a whole weekend, without any apologies, my mother finally went to pick up her car to find that the price changed to $503.00. He never called my mom to tell her or ask her if it was okay to proceed with the change in price. When my mother and my sister asked him why the price increased, he said because of the tax. He was just plain rude and acted like she was annoying him. My mom talked to the lady in the front and she talked to him an he offered a free oil change. Please, an oil change!!! the point here is his dishonesty, his rude demeanor, keeping the car for so long without any apologies, and his lack of consideration.
