  • I lived here with my coworker and friend for a little over two years, and only have positive things to say about it. With that said, I never had to deal with the office... I paid my friend directly... and this was my first bedroom since living out of my car for six months, so I had fairly low expectations. The unit was roomy, comfortable, and met my needs at that time in my life. The other tenants I encountered were friendly, the pool inviting and the outdoor grills well maintained. The parking was plentiful. Out of the two years here, I only had to park in an inconvenient spot maybe 4 times. The nightly fireworks from the Princess Resort are noticeable, and the park across Hayden is wonderful for walking, jogging or flying a drone (and from what I now understand, you're not supposed to fly there) The only negative critique I have is access during the Phoenix Open, which makes getting in and out of the place a real bear... but that's only one week in February. I highly recommend Crown Court.
