  • A good friend of mine recommended Pearl Medspa to me to receive laser hair removal treatments. I scheduled my appointments in 4-5 week intervals for 6 sessions. I kept explaining to the staff that my under arm hair was still growing and I constantly had to shave. They said after my last session that I shouldn't grow hair anymore. Unfortunately, I am in the same place that I was before I started my treatments. I understand each individual is different but to have little to no results is inexcusable. I called to explain my concerns but now they suggest that I pay for more sessions. I refuse to invest in a service that has been unsuccessful. Pearl Medspa itself is clean and has a beautiful ambiance but I received no results from their services.
