  • Walked in at 1:53, stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. My order was was finally taken and the guy apologized. Several minutes later, another couple of people walk in. They put in their order. Several more minutes pass and an order gets served and it's not mine but a similar order to mine but 2 sandwiches that the people ordered. Not cool, guys. Update: still sucks. Filing a franchise complaint. Someone clearly hired their kids. It's damaging your brand!
