  • I gave this salon a try and I'll never go back. First of all, when making my appointment I told the woman who answered that I needed a tips and the SNS dip. She must have just booked me for the dip. When I told my technician I needed tips - she was visibly upset (as this would take more time and she had another client booked) This was not my fault. She was so mad she didn't speak to me at all during the entire time. So halfway through my nail procedure: she passes me off to someone else. Doesn't say anything to me like "I'm sorry" or "this co worker will take you" - nope, another tech comes up - they speak in Vietnamese - and the other girl sighs and tells me to "move over". Needless to say - I felt terrible and what's worse $50.00 later and my nails look horrible. Thick tips and thin middle nails - they look warped! Work on your customer service and book the proper amount of time necessary to do nail tips and the SNS dip. Very rude! I'm going back to my old salon.
