  • Beware of the piss poor customer service from the female who answers the phone. I'm so disgusted and upset! Scheduled a cleaning and tech would not do it due to a loose animal in the apt. My fault yes.....a 4lb cat! Locked my dogs up in the bathroom so I am confused! I asked them to call me if any issues because I work 5 min away! I was informed the tech called and went straight to VM....funny my phone was on me at all times and didn't leave me a VM. I was then told I was in the Do not service list! I reported this to my apartment management! The female was argumentative and falsely accused me! Oh I can be a bitch but I am in the right! Adam the technician is amazing but too bad he works for this company!!
