Please do not waste your time and energy with Midtown on Main and BH Management. My experience was beyond horrible. The model that is shown on tour and in the online photos are deceiving. Personally, I confirmed with 3 members of the staff (assistant manager, leasing consultant, and the maintenance supervisor) that the apartment I was applying for was going to look like the model. I was so excited on move-in day and I did not sign my lease. When I walked into what was supposed to be my apartment, it was a disaster and not what I was promised. Fixtures were not the same, rubber cove was used as baseboards, and the quality of the apartment was so poor. I was told that the apartment was more of an upgrade because the light fixture in the dining area had a fan. Everyone in the office is insensitive. Once I got to the district manager, Tami, I could understand why. It demonstrated that this entire company does not care for the residents nor the quality of what your home will look like. Customer service is not what they care about. If you want a quality home with people who care, do not rent here or with any other community they manage. BH Management does not care about quality apartment homes or their customers.
