  • Purchased three rooms of furniture and the warranty. The Durablend couch and loveseat are cracking and flaking. We have been to the store three times and have spent hours on the phone. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Everyone has another number that you need to call,no one returns calls. They try to wear you down with indifference. Do Not Do business with Ashley,they are crooks
