rev:text	I was referred by a friend of mine to Greg Freund with Farmers Insurance and I can't say enough about how great they are! First of all, every time except once, when I have called someone actually answered the phone and was able to help me right away and the one time I did leave a message I got a call back right away. That is what I call customer service. They have great rates...I was able to get a Auto, Renter, and Life Policy with them for less than I was paying with my previous insurance company.
