  • I went to Ryan's for the first time on this past Friday. I had been pricing crates for our new large puppy. Boy are they expensive!!!!!!!. Even on Craigslist, people were asking for $75-$150 for USED crates. When I went to Ryan's I found a BRAND NEW metal crate XL for $73.00!!!!!!!!!! I was so impressed. The guys even helped me get into my tiny car!!!!! Only problem with the crate was that the plastic tray was not in the box !!! PROS: Great customer service! Super prices! Convenient location! CONS: I simply HATE the hours!!!!! 8:30-4:30 PM. M-F, (tomorrow I have to call my boss and say I will be late so I can get the piece that was missing from the box, can't get there before 4:30 )
