  • I used to stop in Java Den all the time until a short female barista was incredibly rude to me (Katelyn?). I hadn't done or said anything, so I was pretty shocked. I complained, and the manager just scoffed at me. I think customers deserve better treatment. This barista is long gone, but the experience was so bad that I never went back.
