I recently arrived early for a pop-up workshop in the empty storefront next to Bud's, which had previously been the old Binz location. A sign on the workshop space door said to "use next entrance" with an arrow pointing right. I remembered that the Binz location was comprised of two storefronts (one of which is currently Bud's) connected by a door in the back, so I walked into Bud's to see if this was still the case.
I asked the people behind the counter at Bud's if there was an entrance to the space next door and they said there wasn't, but they were VERY friendly and helpful. Being winter, they even offered for me to keep warm inside Bud's while I waited.
I bought a tea (Control-Alt-Delete blend) which was delicious. Later, I came back for another tea, this time the Amaretto Chocolate, which was also great. And both reasonably priced--something like $2.30 for a large which was substantial.
The atmosphere is cozy and kind of DIY which I like. The people are extremely nice and amicable. I would definitely come again, and recommend to friends.
