  • I have loved vans since oh man idk I was in sixth grade all the way back in 1996... they have been my go to for my shoes and as I aged and had children I ended up switching things up and just became a customer for the children's shoes... which always are awesome but I stopped going here after a bad experience at another mall, I had been so excited for the Nintendo Vans release and it quickly ended as I was ignored by staff who prefer talking among themselves .. UNTIL on Black Friday of all days I enter the Galleria Mall Vans at around 8pm, not only was I greeted immediately but I was also quickly helped by another employee I believe his name was Sebastian but I'll update this once I see my receipt ... anyhow he was super friendly and got me the Nintendo Vans I had been dying to have for ages from the back and they were even on sale and I love them . As he was bringing me up to ring a customer had buyers remorse right in front of me and I had to wait a bit and the female employee on staff that evening aligned and related with me about my t shirt and was super sweet as well.. Thank you Galleria Vans for hiring quality people and giving me a quality place to buy the brand of shoes I've loved for over 20years (Names of staff will be updated when I get home and do the survey but I just wanted a fresh account of my experience )
