  • My husband and I had the worse experience with Towbin Dodge. Awful awful awful I would not recommend this dealership or anyone buying cars at this place I bought three brand-new cars my last car that I bought was the worst experience ever. The only reason why I gave a one star was for the salesman Edmundo he made our time spent there a good experience thats the only reason I gave a 1 star he was a superstar, unlike the rest, the finance department was horrible and their system sucks and their customer service sucks as well, The wait time is awful, finance and detailing are awful I don't recommend nobody going there to purchase a vehicle. there's better dealer services out there for buying a car. I am very upset with the manager instead of fixing the problem he keep giving us the run around and no solution, and a smart mouth thinking he knew everything, that's why the deal dropped with my 2nd purchase, and then they had the nerves to call my bank when my bank wanted to cut them, me and my husband had to leave work because of their bull I won't even go there, bottom line is they lie don't keep promises or contacts. This was the last time I ever step foot in that dealership.
