I've been going here for about a month now and I can say I'm honestly always excited to go to therapy. At first, I was nervous. I knew I needed help, but didn't know exactly about the quality of the help I'd get. My therapist, Erica B. Has been the nicest, most comforting person I've ever come across. She let's me cry if I need to, she doesn't invalidate my feelings, and has helped me make connections for some things I didn't realize were connected. She always starts off asking me how the few days between my sessions are; sometimes we spend the whole session with me just venting and her listening and taking notes. I finally got homework which I was excited for, because I know it'll help her help me. I feel like I can really learn how to manage my mental health issues with her help.
Front desk ladies are usually really nice and comforting, too.
