  • This was the WORST experience EVER!!! I never write reviews; however, this was warranted. I came in to have my nail buffed around the edges, because I recently had a gel fill in DC. I explained this to the technician, and he agreed. Next thing I notice, he's removing my gel polish and I stopped him immediately. I informed the manager, and she said "you didn't explain it to him." Although I had several witnesses, she still accused me of lying and stated that they do not give discounts and I would have to choose a dissimilar color. Additionally, she told me I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes for their mistakes, and they were going to charge me full price. PLEASE, save your time and DO NOT patron here!!!!
