  • If you, like us, have youngish kids and are not sure whether it's worth the pretty hefty charge to get in, go downstairs instead where they have an small, decidedly uncool but rather charming exhibit of various nature-related stuff which is free. There is a tunnel that connects this part to the planetarium next door, which passes by the vast underground parking lot. but since the Viau Metro stop is just a few hundred yards away, I'm not sure why anyone staying close to a Metro stop would drive.
