Really disappointed with this facility. I really think is a great building at a reasonable price but the service is so terrible that I can't give more than a one star review. I have had so many issues from a customer service stand point that the nice building cannot out weigh the damage the employees have done. First and foremost do not believe the first month for a dollar. That is only for one u it when it is booked under some extreme condition. So don't plan on public coming through on there marketing. Also I have not been to the unit in the last 6 months and have lost my key. I also wanted to give my two day notice. I was told only the district manager can cut locks and I have to wait until the the first four days of the month and no lock can be cut outside of these dates. Very convenient as that is when my monthly payment is due. I was also told I must buy a new lock even though I am taking all of my items out of the unit and do not need a lock. I said fine well let me give my notice of moving out on the second and then I'll come back and move everything out. No dice either I can't give notice until my lock is cut and I pay for the new lock. I said we'll can your promise the district manager will be here on the second as it is a holiday weekend? No was the response. This place is a total joke and just out to pound you with fees over and over again. I doubt I'll ever be able to get my property out of the unit without paying an arm and a leg. Thanks for wasting my weekend and money public storage.
