  • I can't believe I haven't written a review for this business!!! I meant to write one the last time they were here because I was so blown away by their professionalism, promptness, competence, honesty, and integrity! Life just gets so busy...This company truly deserves a million stars! I found them on Yelp over a year ago because of their EXCELLENT rating and am SOOOO glad we went with them. From the first service, we WILL NOT use anyone else again for service/repairs for any of our appliances and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! Rom and Ronald had serviced our 10+ year old washer machine because it wasn't draining and spinning. The first service, Rom had to replace a part and was very fair on the price(he broke down the cost of the part and barely charged for labor). The second service, it wasn't spinning because...there was a large sock stuck in the back. Ronald charged me a small service fee for the visit. And today, Rom came over because it's not draining at the end. He played around with the machine and thinks it's a sud issue and advised us to use less detergent and try a few things and wait and see if that will fix the problem. If that doesn't work, we should just get a new washer. Then he started leaving. I asked him how much for today's service and he replied, "Nothing!" I can't believe Rom didn't even charge me for coming out today. I insisted I want to pay him for coming all the way to our house in this hot heat!!! But, he walked away with a smile! He had also mentioned that he might have a washer machine that he can give to us for free. I was stunned! What in the world? Who does that? I really wish more businesses practice CLASS, KINDNESS, and INTEGRITY like Absolute Appliance!!! I truly wish this company nothing but SUCCESS!!!
