  • Lied to when we called to order the service. Lied to when we complained about the increase in my bill. Have called them 6 times and my bill is still not what i was originally quoted. The internet is slow the tv freezes all the time or just stops and says i need to call technical support. the upstairs tv says its not connected to the internet at all and wont record tv or let you watch it. Customer service is rude, cuts you off every time you try to talk and tried to put the blame on you. They said that they changed my account to no contract and added the movie channels (i did get the movie channels) but it was never noted in my account. So when i called today i was supposed to be happy they were going to add all the movie channels. My bill is still messed up (and i'm talking $80 more then what was quoted) with out adding in taxes and all the rest. Do Not get Centerylink and if you have to call them do not believe a word they say. And yet another hour and half of my life wasted on the phone with them.
