rev:text	If it was an option i would give them zero stars. I gave them 1 star because there customer service has been beyond horrible and the wait times are really long. I have been with them for awhile now and they still don't have my information saved in the system to look up when i call. They hooked the internet up to my neighbors house and ran it above ground. Called to get it buried and the said 10 days the first time. Once that time period was over called back and said it would be no more than 45 days. It has been over 150 days now and i have called them 7 times and my neighbor has called the 3 times and still nothing. i was suppose to have 20mbps but every speed test I've done i had less than 10mbps and the service would always go in and out. I just cancelled my service and am fighting with them about paying the early termination fee event they haven't help up there part of the contract at all. They are a very very frustrating coming to talk to and be involved with.
